This qualification is primarily aimed at candidates who provide advice and guidance support to others. It recognises that employment in the advice and guidance sectors involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities. This is shown in the range of optional units available.
Entry Requirements:
This qualification is suitable for those:
- who have particular customer service and administrative or supervisory job roles
- who are working in designated advice or guidance organisations
- whose role is to provide service to customers and support to practitioners

With the support of your assessor you will undertake work based assessments, observations, witness testimonies, case studies, statements and work based evidence.
