To book a course with us simply contact us on 01792 284400 or send us an email

Some of our courses are available for online enrolment [but only if an interview is NOT needed.]

Telephone bookings should be confirmed in writing within 10 days and can only be regarded as provisional until we have received such written confirmation.

Course joining instructions will be sent to you seven days before the course start date to remind you of course name, date, time and venue.

We recognise that companies have different training requirements and have developed a range of different options to respond to your needs.

Many of our courses are accredited by national awarding bodies so you can be confident that our courses are of the highest standard and meet current industry requirements.

It’s important that whatever course your staff attend that it’s at the right level for them. To help you choose the right level the table below provides a guide to the skills that the different level courses provide.

What sort of course would suit you best?

Short courses = we have a selection of one to five day courses that you can use to develop your staff in specific skill areas.

Long term skills development = our NVQ programmes, based in the workplace, can develop your team’s confidence and establish best practice. Start dates are flexible for all NVQ programmes.

Professional development = you may want to invest in your team’s professional development and we can provide long courses to establish their professional credentials.
