
Accident Investigation
The course is suitable for people at all levels, in all sectors, who need training in the essentials of Health and Safety. The course is designed to introduce delegates to the importance of accident prevention, the accident investigation process and learning from failures in the workplace. Therefore, those with responsibility for Health and Safety would greatly benefit from attending this course.
On completion of the course delegates will understand the process and purpose of investigating accidents (incidents, cases of work related ill-health and other occurrences), the legal and organisational requirements for recording and reporting such incidents.
No previous health and safety knowledge is required
