Methods of payment

How do I pay my course tuition fees?
A tuition fee deposit is payable at least three months before the course start date or on receipt of your offer letter if applying within three months of the course start date.

This deposit may be transferable in certain circumstances from one term / year to another. It can only be refunded if your student visa application is unsuccessful or if your course is cancelled by the college and no suitable alternative is available.

On receiving your deposit, we will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number (no sooner than three months before your course start date.) You can use this number to apply for your Tier 4 student visa.

The remainder of your tuition fees must be paid before enrolment. Failure to pay the balance before enrolment will mean that you cannot enrol and start studying at the college.

There is no reduction in fees if you arrive later than the course start date or, for whatever reason, leave your course earlier than expected.
