
Introductory Certificate in Marketing

This course is for anyone over the age of 16 wishing to gain basic skills in Marketing. It is suitable for those working on the periphery of marketing and non-marketers with some marketing involvement.
It is not necessary to have any previous experience or knowledge of Marketing to join this course.
The course aims to provide the building blocks from which a deeper and fuller appreciation of marketing can be developed and provides a perfect start for those interested in entering this increasingly important management sector. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of managing customer relationships and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers using a variety of different needs.

Unit 2: Understanding Customer Relationships
Both units will have their own assessment and be as follows:
Unit 1: What is Marketing? - One hour online test
Unit 2: Understanding Customer Relationships - Assignment
Students who successfully complete this course can move onto the Professional Certificate in Marketing
Additional costs include membership (£120*) and exams (£125*) payable directly to CIM.
