What our customers say:
"In the past I've been sceptical about management qualifications and their worth. However, having completed a CMI Level 5 module in Personal Development, my view has changed significantly.
Although the module was over a relatively short duration, I gained a significant amount of useful knowledge, tools, and skills which have been taken back and applied in my work place.
The module being made up of theory and practical examples was of great assistance to me in understanding the content. In addition to the course content, the way in which it was delivered must be complimented. Tutorials were structured, but at the same time flexible, with the tutor (Michelle Corker) encouraging students to participate in discussions and applying the theory to real life work situations. Sharing experiences with people from different types of employment was both interesting and useful in seeing how the theory can be applied in different work environments.
The support offered by the tutor both during tutorials and outside tutorials was excellent, with prompt responses on all occasions. It must also be said that the facilities offered by the CMI website are also excellent, not only in assisting with the assignment but also as an information source for day to day working.
As previously mentioned, completing the course has changed my view regarding the usefulness of management qualifications, and as a result I have enrolled to complete a further CMI Level 5 module."
