Entry Requirements
This course is suitable for beginners.
An informal interview with the course tutor, Mark Clement, is required prior to enrolment to clarify equipment and material costs associated with the course.
Course Delivery
Primarily classroom based, with practical activities.
Course Progression
Further cake decoration classes (non accredited) or accredited cake decoration courses / sugarflower courses.
Additional Information
In addition to the enrolment fee, students will be required to:
Purchase all associated equipment required for the course. A list will be issued in the first lesson (approximate cost £100.)
Supply at their own cost, all materials and foodstuffs required to successfully complete the course.
Wear a white coat, hat and sensible, non slip footwear.
