Logon Help
If you require support with logging on to a Gower College Swansea system i.e. Moodle or Webmail (either from within college or outside college) then take a look at the FAQs below.
Please note: You can only use the password reset tool if you have previously logged in and set security questions and answers via this page.If you have forgotten your password or you have not received one via a text message, please contact cshelpdesk@gcs.ac.uk or ring Computer Services on 01792 284082 so that a new one can be generated.
FAQs
Firstly please check that you have Cookies enabled in your internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) as Moodle requires them to be enabled for logon.
If you are a new student or staff member then you will need to log on to a college PC in order to change your password for the first time.
If you have any further issues try changing your password or contact the Computer Services department on 01792 284000.
There are currently a couple of ways to do this.
- Change your password or reset your password online.
- Log in to a college network computer with your current username and expired password. You can then change your password by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete and selecting ‘Change Password’.
- If your password is still current – i.e. it has not expired – you may login to the college external email and change your password through the Options section.
