Ffair Amrywiaeth – Kizzy Crawford
Yn ystod Ffair Amrywiaeth flynyddol y coleg cafwyd llu o berfformiadau lliwgar, diddorol a cofiadwy. Fel rhan o’r dathliadau hyn cafwyd perfformiad dwyieithog gan Kizzy Crawford o Ferthyr, enillydd Brwydr y Bandiau C2 dros yr haf. Mae Kizzy yn perfformio mewn nifer o leoliadau ar draws Cymru ar hyn o bryd.
Students on the Professional Cookery Level 2 VRQ course at the college made fresh pasta as part of a lesson on economy and sustainability. They found out just how much pasta you can make out of 400g strong flour, 4 eggs and 50ml of olive oil and decided to make one continuous sheet. Using excellent communication skills, they managed to get it outside in one piece!
