Students face Lion's Lair final
The South West Wales Lion’s Lair final took place recently at the Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea.
A collaborative event organised by Gower College Swansea, Coleg Sir Gar, Swansea University and Swansea Metropolitan University, the competition is based on the popular TV show Dragon's Den and sees students pitching their business ideas to a panel of judges.

ColegauCymru welcomes new Chair
ColegauCymru - the national organisation representing all 17 further education (FE) colleges and two FE institutions in Wales - has a new Chair.
Mark Jones, until recently the Principal of Bridgend College and now the Principal of Gower College Swansea - both successful and award winning FE colleges - has taken over the position from David Jones, Principal of Deeside College.
