Moon inspires monumental work of art

Art at Gower College Swansea

Gower College Swansea student Seungyun Jung has recently completed a monumental final piece for her Fine Art A Level at the Gorseinon campus.

The work, based on the tide and phases of the moon, consists of over 5000 coloured pebbles and took five days to install in the atrium of the Arts Wing.

Enterprise at Gower College Swansea

Students from Young Enterprise Level 1 at the Gorseinon campus recently took part in a competition at Pontyberem with other colleges.

The task was to set up a business and trade goods and the students had to carry out market research, investigate selling to the public and keep their all important finances in check.

Hospitality and Catering students at Gower College Swansea have treated customers to a right royal feast at the Vanilla Pod restaurant.
