Landscape and horticulture

Get ready to dig into the exciting world of landscaping!   
 
Gower College Swansea offers two full-time courses in horticulture and landscaping. 
 
The Level 1 Diploma in Landscape Construction and Gardening introduces students to aspects of working in the great outdoors such as constructing pathways and patios, growing plants and vegetables, and using specialist tools and equipment. 
 
The Level 2 Diploma in Practical Horticulture Skills allows students to develop their knowledge further, with modules covering landscaping and garden design. 
 
These courses are ideal for those who like to get outdoors and get their hands dirty!  
 
As well as spending time on campus, students spend time in the local community too in places like Penllergaer Woods and Singleton Park.
